Share your experiences:Don't be afraid to be open and share your story. Story is an amazing tool to help your nurse mentee learn. Funny stories, mistakes, the good, funny situations it's all welcome.
Allow non-critical mistakes: We know mistakes are going to happen and can be good learning opportunities.
Connect as Humans: It's easier to have conversations, learn and teach people when we know and connect with them.
