Everything you need to know about how we get your merch directly to your door! 

Order Processing Time

  • Standard: Typically, it takes about 3 to 5 business days to get your orders all packed up and ready to go. Sometimes, especially with new drops we ship quicker but the standard lead time is 3-5 business days. 

  • Priority: Choose Priority Shipping at checkout if you’re in a hurry. This bumps your order to the front of the line. Keep in mind, once we get your package off to USPS, it’s in their hands to get it to you swiftly. Please note processing time is still 3 business days. 

Shipping Speeds and Smiles

  • Standard Shipping: After we've shipped your package, it'll arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days, depending on where you're located in the country. We ship from Detroit, Michigan. 

  • Priority Shipping: If you opt for Priority Shipping, you can expect your package to arrive in 2 business days. As always, you will receive tracking via email. 

Tracking Your Package

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way. If for some reason you did not receive a shipping notification please check your spam folder or reach out to us at shop@nursesinspirenurses.com. 

Going the Distance: International Shipping

We do ship internationally depending on the location. Delivery times vary, and please be mindful of any customs fees or duties that might be waiting at the border.

Making It Right: Returns and Exchanges

Your happiness is our top priority. If something’s not right, head over to our Return Policy page for step-by-step guidance on returns. 

Missing Packages and Mishaps

  • Your package got lost: If the carrier says "delivered" but you're staring at an empty mailbox, don't worry. Check around, then drop us a line at shop@nursesinspirenurses.com. We’re on it and will help sort things out ASAP. This can sometimes happen and the package will magically appear in a day or two. 

  • Oops, Did That Arrive Like That? If something arrives not quite as perfect as intended, let us know right away by shooting us an email at shop@nursesinspirenurses.com. We’re here to help make it right.
