Executive Business Coordinator

Nurses Inspire Nurses (NIN) is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Executive Business Coordinator to join our tight-knit, talented team. As Executive Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating events, serving as a NIN liaison with our partners, and providing primary executive support to CEO of NIN, Cat Golden. The ideal candidate will be outstanding at anticipating needs, fantastic at effectively prioritizing tasks, and confident in their decision making skills.

Executive Support

  • Serve as note taker in all meetings
  • Assist CEO with the development of presentations
  • Assist CEO with expense tracking and reports
  • Advise CEO of time-sensitive priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of other support duties
  • Manage incoming NIN emails

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate all external and internal events from start to finish
  • Communicate all event details to NIN team
  • Manage event calendar on the NIN website and Community App
  • Manage CEO speaking calendar
  • Attend all virtual and in-person events with CEO

Community Coordination 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for sponsorship partners 
  • Lead NIN new sponsor acquisition and management
  • Assist with Inspire A Nurse program coordination
  • Assist with new product photo shoot coordination
  • Moderate Community App
  • Engage & interact in the Community App

Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Manage NIN email list and create email campaigns 
  • Audit and update NIN website
  • Create event collateral
  • Identify and coordinate new NIN podcast appearances
  • Organize and manage NIN digital marketing materials


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two years prior experience providing executive support
  • Shopify experience preferred
  • Klaviyo experience preferred
